There are few trailside homes on the market. Most are on Attitash. The newest development is at Bearfoot Creek and these homes come to the market at a very slow pace. Bearfoot Creek has a new chairlift down to the bottom of the development, and offers easy access to both Attitash and Bear Peak Ski Areas.
