As a Realtor for the last 11 years, and a former White Mountains Board of Realtors “Realtor of the Year”, Suzie has gathered the knowledge and understanding to guide seniors through even the most complicated of transactions in today’s market, including Short Sales and Workouts.

Suzie is also an involved member of the community, serving on the Boards of the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire-North, the Mount Washington Valley Theater Company, and the Mount Washington Valley Jewish Community Center.
 
It was after a vacation in the Mount Washington Valley in the summer of 1990 that I decided this was where I had to live. I longed to be in these beautiful mountains with clean air, fresh water, and clear starry skies. In the spring of 1991, I packed up and moved here from Philadelphia. It was the best decision I ever made!
Living here is everything I imagined it would be and more. Besides having all the amenities of a four-season resort area, including fine restaurants and shops, Mt. Washington Valley is a wonderful, caring community. This is a fabulous place to live or simply visit, surrounded by the White Mountain National Forest, with numerous ski areas, thousands of hiking trails and a multitude of lakes and streams. It's only 1-1/2 hours from Portland, ME and the beautiful Maine coast. People really care about one another in this community of Mt. Washington Valley, which I call home. I reside in the lovely town of Chatham, NH, which is on the Maine border, a town of less than 300 people! I live with my husband, Bert Weiss, a glass artist, and our two dogs, Abby and Ella, both mixed-breed beauties.
I have been helping customers and clients purchase and sell Real Estate since 1998. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the White Mountain Board of Realtors and the New Hampshire Association of Realtors, which means that I subscribe to the highest standards of ethics in our industry. I am licensed to sell Real Estate in both Maine and New Hampshire and I am a partner in the company, Joy Tarbell Realty.
I am an active member of my community, currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Conway Area Humane Society, www.conwayshelter.org. I have previously been on the Boards of Directors of the White Mountains Jazz and Blues Festival, Conway Village Chamber of Commerce and the Mount Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce, www.mountwashingtonvalley.org.
